Dr. Foroogh Hajiseyedjavadi is a Senior Lecturer in Civil Engineering at Birmingham City University and a visiting research fellow at the University of Leeds. Her research is focused on drivers' behavior and human interactions with automated vehicle technologies. Her most recent research includes investigating Takeover Control in Level 3 Automated Vehicles (a funded PhD scholarship) and working on leading projects in the field of connected and automated vehicles in the UK and EU including HumanDrive (2018-2020) and Trustonomy (2020-2023) projects.
